Yes. Every session is recorded. You receive a link within 24 hours. The recording is yours to keep; it includes your brief and your outputs, not a generic demonstration.
We reschedule rather than cancel. You receive a priority booking for the next available date and, if that date does not work, a full refund. We do not run sessions with fewer than 4 participants because the peer dynamic is part of the learning design.

Yes. Private group bookings start from £1,200 for a half-day (up to 15 participants). Email us or use the booking form above and select your preferred format. Private sessions can be scheduled around your team's availability.
Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the session. 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 7 days. No refund within 3 days, but we will rebook you onto the next available session at no additional charge.
Track 1 if you have not used AI professionally before. Track 2 if you understand the basics and want to build a content system. Track 3 if you are specifically losing ground on AI discovery and GEO. Track 4 if social media is your immediate priority. If you are unsure, take the AI Readiness Assessment first. All four tracks count towards TAIC certification (Travel AI Certified).
