Yes. KIT subscriptions cancel at the end of any billing period. No penalty, no lock-in beyond the current month. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable after onboarding is completed. Enterprise plans have separate cancellation terms.
KIT is most valuable for operators who do not have a dedicated marketing team. If you already have an in-house team, the Libsuite managed service is probably more relevant than KIT as a standalone product.
