Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and assess fit for our services. Analytics data is used to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
3. KIT Platform Data
If you use KIT, your content and business data is processed by AI models to deliver the service. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is stored securely and deleted upon request or contract termination.
4. Email Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Brevo to send communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not share your email with third parties.
5. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure hosting on Cloudflare, and follow industry-standard security practices. Access to client data is restricted to team members who need it to deliver your services.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at our contact page to make a request. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain contact form data for 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. Client project data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
