Libsuite provides digital marketing services, AI-powered marketing tools, and consulting for travel and hospitality businesses. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Services are provided as described in your signed proposal or service agreement. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per project or retainer. Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.
3. Payment
Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Project fees follow the payment schedule in your proposal. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. KIT Platform
KIT is licensed on a subscription basis. Token usage is billed monthly based on consumption. We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with 30 days notice. Your data remains yours. We do not use client data to train AI models.
5. Intellectual Property
Work produced by Libsuite becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential. We do not share your data, strategy, or performance metrics with third parties without your written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Libsuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice. Project cancellations are subject to payment for work completed. KIT subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of any billing period.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
