All packages require a minimum 3-month rolling contract. Annual commitment receives a 10% reduction. No setup fee for social-only packages. A third platform on the Launch tier is available as a $150/month add-on.

What platforms do you manage?

Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are our core platforms. The Launch package covers two. We recommend starting with Instagram and the platform where your current audience is most active. We will advise on this during onboarding.

Who writes the content?

Content is produced using KIT, our AI marketing system, with human review on every piece before it reaches your audience. KIT is trained on your brand voice, property details, and target audience. We do not send generic content. Everything is reviewed by a specialist before it goes live.

What is the minimum commitment?

Three months. This is the minimum time required to build meaningful data, establish a content rhythm, and see results. After the initial three months, contracts are rolling month-to-month with 30 days notice.

Do you provide photography or video?

We work with your existing assets. If you have photography and video footage, we produce content from it. Location shoots and original photography are available as a separate service. If your asset library is thin, we will tell you what to capture during our first month together.

What does "community management" mean in practice?

We respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours on business days. For urgent enquiries — booking questions, complaints, time-sensitive requests — we flag these to you directly rather than responding on your behalf without context.

Can I see the content before it goes out?

Yes. Every piece of content is submitted to you for approval before publishing. The content calendar is agreed at the start of each month and you have sign-off rights throughout. Nothing goes out without your approval.
